Skills required |

Minimum
of 4 yrs of experience on JAVA . The Candidate should have
good knowledge on EJB / J2EE framework.The Candidate should
know indepth of EJB - Session Beans, Entity and Msg Driven.

candidate should have excellent command over UML. He should
know the various steps involved in UML. |

The
candidate should have excellent command over Design Patterns
( EJB - Design Patterns , JAVA - Design Patterns and General
Design Patterns) |

Candidate should have good knowledge of Weblogic as Application
Server |

The
candidate should have an idea of STRUCTS Framework, MVS Architecture
and JAAS. |

The
Candidate should be aware of JAVA Technology and should have
good understanding and command over the same. |

Role |

The
role of the candidate would be to help decide the management
on the JAVA Technology, to identify which language to be used
and why so, to identify the various Design issues and also
put down design patterns , to put architecture diagram , to
identify which Beans to be used...etc. The role is of a senior
position helping the business solution team to take a decision
on Technology/Design patterns/ Language / Architecture. |
